Your secure Associate website. This website serves as your source of corporate communications and information for all Cato, It’s Fashion, It’s Fashion Metro, and Versona Associates. Newly hired Associates must follow the link below to the Onboarding Lobby to begin the orientation process.
All Associates use this site to enroll or make changes to their Direct Deposit information as well as, completing or changing their applicable Federal, State and Local Tax forms. Associates can also access their electronic pay statements by selecting the ADP link located under the Payroll tab.
All newly hired full-time Associates will use this site to enroll in or waive employee benefits. All full-time Associates use this site for our annual Benefits Open Enrollment which is held each fall.
To enroll (new hires) or re-enroll (annual open enrollment) in your Cato benefits, use the Benefit Forms tab to access and complete all Benefit Forms. To successfully enroll in benefits, you must complete each form by either electing or waiving each benefit offered. Failure to successfully complete the online enrollment process will result in no benefit coverage until the next annual open enrollment period.

**Special Enrollment Instructions during Open Enrollment for 2025**
Our annual Benefits Open Enrollment will start on 10/23/2024 and end on 11/10/2024. ALL full-time associates with a full-time hire date of 11/2/2024 or prior are required to enroll, change, or waive coverage, via the Benefit Form tab on Cato Connect, for coverage effective 01/01/2025. Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) a record of your election must be made available for Government Audit, if requested.
Associates with a full-time date of hire of 11/3/2024 through 12/3/2024 will need to log onto Cato Connect starting around 12/17/2024. You must successfully complete the enrollment process no later than 1/15/2025 for coverage effective 2/1/2025.
